Mary Cummins aka Mary Cummins-Cobb's City Lawsuit: Did Martians Land In Her Backyard, Too?

PART THREE OF A SPECIAL SERIES:
The Truth about Mary Cummins aka Mary Cummins-Cobb vs. LA City and Ed Boks

The City of Los Angeles, the tax payer/citizens of Los Angeles and Ed Boks have been forced to fight a frivilous lawsuit that The Law Firm of Rheuban & Gresen filed on behalf of known nutcase/stalker Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates.

This lawsuit filed by Rheuban and Gresen, which victims are calling "The Mary Cummins Says Martians Landed In My Backyard Lawsuit", is so filled with frivilous accusations and absent of factual information that we can't help asking YET AGAIN, what the heck was the Law Firm of Rheuban & Gresen thinking when they filed this mess? And since the lawsuit is costing the citizens of LA City (who in many cases are also the VICTIMS OF MARY CUMMINS) we feel we have every right to continue to ask:

What the heck were they thinking? And why does the Law Firm of Rheuban & Gresen continue to allow the stalker blogs by Mary Cummins to remain on the internet?

Hey, it's not like they don't know the blogs are there. It's not like they don't know that LAPD anti-terrorims "dragged" Mary Cummins in, maybe because of their strong suspicion that Mary Cummins is behind www.lakills.net, a hateful website that contains veiled threats against the LA Mayor Villaraigosa, his wife, Ed Boks and other LA City officials.

Did Rheuban & Gresen even BOTHER to ask Mary Cummins about the veiled threats, libel, and abuse on her blogs http://laanimalfriends.eponym.com, http://animalnutz.blogspot.com, http://laanimalfriends.blogspot.com, http://adelelangdon.blogspot.com, http://lacitybeat.blogspot.com, http://annette-stark.blogspot.com, not to mention Mary Cummins libelous threatening posts against Ramones drummer Richie Ramone on alt.music.ramones, where the Ramones fans called her a stalker and kicked her off?

This is the lawsuit the citizen/tax payers are now stuck paying to litigate? It alleges everything except that Martians landed in Mary Cummins' backyard. It alleges a broad sweeping plot by "agents" of LA City who are also "animal activists" to fire Mary Cummins, "attack" her, libel her, call her clients and get her fired etc.

It also alleges that Mary Cummins, whom we all know was a subcontractor of Dr. Gary Michelson's Found Foundation, was fired from her job with the city. Fact is, Mary Cummins WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF LA CITY. And when she took money as an unpaid volunteer to build a website she had told everyone she was building for free, did she even cease to be an "unpaid volunteer?"

And why haven't Rheuban and Gresen instructed their client Mary Cummins to remove those threatening stalker blogs? It's not like they don't know about the blogs. THEY PUT IT IN A LAWSUIT!

Maybe they think because some of the blogs have temporarily had their content "hidden" by Nutjob Mary Cummins that the victims don't have screenshots and multiple copies? Maybe they think the victims haven't turned over all this, as well as ten years of Mary Cummins malicious behavior online to the City Attorneys? Maybe they erroneously believe the city is ignorant about all this. But of course, before they filed this friviolous lawsuit that the citizens of LA have to pay to litigate, the Law Offices of Rheuban and Gresen probably should have checked.


Several other things stick out:

1. As Mary Cummins herself has said on her stalker blogs, the City of Los Angeles and Mayor Villaraigosa do not listen to ADL or other "animal activists." The city, she has said, thinks they're all nuts. So how did "animal activists" this collection of "nuts" get anyone in the Mayor's office or City Attorney's office to get Mary Cummins fired?

2. The so-called "agents" of the City of Los Angeles are Animal Services workers and volunteers, as well as citizens of Los Angeles. EVERY GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS CITED IN THE MARY CUMMINS "MARTIANS LANDED IN MY BACKYARD LAWSUIT" had every right to complain about Mary Cummins' presence in their workplace, or their government! This isn't the private sector, folks, where the presence of a malicious known lunatic is someone else's business! This is your government and you have every right to express any truthful opinion about who your government allows to volunteer in any city service. As some rescuers have pointed out, "If she worked for BMW, that's BMW's headache. When she stepped into that shelter she became ours."

3. The "job" Mary Cummins was hired for was as a subcontractor of the Found Foundation. Either Dr. Gary Michelson or Dave Loftus or both told her there wasn't anything else for her to do. So, since they "fired" her, why isn't she suing the Found Foundation instead?

4. Volunteering for LA City is a privlege and there are SPECIFIC RULES for behavior by City workers and Volunteers. Far as we can see, Mary Cummins violated at least one of these. Also, there is no money associated with being a volunteer? What future financial benefit did Mary Cummins expect from her position as "unpaid" volunteer?

As to the truthfullness contained in the lawsuit The Law Firm of Rheuban and Gresen filed on behalf of this LUNATIC Mary Cummins, well here we go...

Mary Cummins alleges she was called "a 911 terrorist."
Fact: Mary Cummins was called "a supporter of Amr Anthony Elgindy, who is serving 11 years for racketeering and stock fraud. US Prosecutors believe that Elgindy had foreknowlege of 911."

Mary Cummins alleges she was called "a prostitute."
Fact: On the blog http://laanimalpals.blogspot.com, Mary Cummins is called "a stupid whore." Not only is that opinion covered by the First Amendment, but is also backed up by the facts that Mary Cummins slept with both LA Deputy Mayor Jim Bickhart and other city officials. According to rescuers, Mary Cummins grudge against ex LAAS GM Guerdon Stuckey originated when LAAS GM Guerdon Stuckey refused to sleep with her. Mary Cummins also bragged about her sexual escapades all over cyberspace. It's not the first time this behavior has been deemed nauseating by some folks and it won't be the last. It is perfectly okay for some to see this behavior as "whorish." And to express it as such. To some folks, Mary Cummins could be seen as "a stupid whore." We have seen absolutely NO documentation ANYWHERE that she was called "a prostitute." However, if it does exist, we can't wait to have a look at it, knowning Mary Cummins long and serious history of FORGING EMAILS.

Mary Cummins alleges that the "animal activists" said "she keeps needles in her home to supply addicts."
Fact: Does she? The only information we've seen is by rescuers objecting to Mary Cummins extensive supply, in her OWN WORDS, of euthanasia drugs as well as tube feeding comatose squirrels, etc. Again, we can't WAIT to see this evidence.

More frivilous accusations that the citizens/taxpayers have been forced into court over by The Law Firm of Rheuban & Gresen. Did they demand to see Mary Cummins proof before they filed this lawsuit ON OUR DIME? Did they even call Found Foundation's Dr. Gary Michelson and Dave Loftus to find out if, as these attorneys are alleging, Mary Cummins was "Paid to blog anonymously" by Found Foundation?

Had they called the Found Foundation, The Law Firm of Rheuban & Gresen would have gotten an earful about Mary Cummins from Gary Michelson as well as being told definitively that the Found Foundation repeatedly cautioned Mary Cummins that she was to refrain from blogging if she wanted to be associated with them. As well as learned from Dave Loftus that Mary Cummins filed a FALSE POLICE REPORT AGAINST DAVE LOFTUS that was found by LAPD to have had NO MERIT.

And then it would be interesting to ask them, once they spoke to the Found Foundation, why did they still proceed to stick the LA City citizens with the cost of litigating this mess?

Mary Cummins alleges that she was accused by "animal activists" of being "a practicioner of squirrel pornography."
Fact: Mary Cummins has been called a photographer of squirrel porno, as well as a online poster of squirrel pornography, which there is ample evidence she is. Please go to http://laanimalpals.blogspot.com and check Mary Cummins photos of squirrels having oral sex, squirrels with erections, squirrels taking a bowel movement, etc. The photos were named by Mary Cummins with the EXTREMELY SCIENTIFIC NAMES of Hung Juvie, Pee Poo Time, Boys in Jail, Speaking of Pricks and Caught Again. The screenshots that prove these are taken from Mary Cummins website, the witness from all over the world who saw this crap for many years, and the links in OTHER chatrooms where Mary Cummins CANNOT HAVE THE LINKS REMOVED, all support this information. And you bet, the witnesses/victims have records of this, too. As did LA City Attorneys back when the decision was made to fire Mary Cummins as a volunteer and ban her from city property.

Mary Cummins alleges that the "animal activists' (agents of the city in this nutcase's insane conspiracy theory) accused her of "blowing a deputy mayor."
Fact: Mary Cummins slept with Deputy Mayor Jim Bickhart. For a long time. He admits it, she bragged about it, he bragged about it, everyone knows. She also had consensual sex with other LA City officials, one of whom she is alleging "sexually harassed" her. But we're really interested to hear Jim Bickhart's response to this in court. We doubt this City Hall Fatass will lie on the witness stand, even to save his own skin from the embarassment of having to admit he slept with this nutcase.

Mary Cummins alleges she was accused of "Posting pornography in children's chat rooms"
Fact: Mary Cummins posted links to her sick squirrel photos all over cyberspace, including in chat rooms which were not labeled "Adult". These were picked up everywhere, including here. which of course Mary Cummins KNEW would happen. After all, Mary Cummins is the one who "knows how to work the Google Search engine."

Mary Cummins alleges she was called "a biological man."
Fact: It has been posted in cyberspace in the last ten years that Mary Cummins "posed naked online with a penis," and that witnesses located this photo of Mary Cummins in this strange situation ON HER OWN WEBSITE. Again, this is completely accurate, has been posted in cyberspace and talked about by witnesses who have offered to be witnesses for the city.

Mary Cummins alleges that she is accused of "having a bench warrant for her arrest."
Now, we have never alleged that in any of the Mary Cummins' Is The LA Cyberstalker Victims Blogs but the allegation has been raised elsewhere; we can tell you that City Attorney Bob Ferber invited Mary Cummins to come in to his office and be fingerprinted so as to clear herself and put an end to any of these allegations and MARY CUMMINS REFUSED.

Mary Cummins and her attorneys The Law Firm of Rheuban & Gresen alleges that the "animal acvitists contacted all of her clients on her resume..."
Fact: Like we said "Martians Landed In Mary Cummins Backyard," too. This nutcase was UNEMPLOYED and IN FORECLOSURE when she took a job THAT WAS A UNION JOB and she thus had no right to have, much less claim she was "wrongfully terminated" from. And then, we're supposed to believe Mary Cummins had "clients." Yeah, she had "clients." She had Paisano Publications for a short time, but then she started bashing their stocks and they had to sue her for trademark infringement over her www.easyriders.org. Bikers logged complaints with Mary Cummins ISP that she sent spam from www.easyriders.org. And Mary Cummins maybe had BMW Beverly Hills as a client but then THEY HAD TO SUE HER FOR CYBERSQUATTING ON THEIR NAME. She had a chance at a web design job with Ultra Bike, but according to the CEO Hal Collins' letter posted here, Mary Cummins was "malicious" in attacking the company and their workers and the website Mary Cummins designed for them was too "pornographic."

And that pretty much sums up what anyone knows about Mary Cummins "clients." And the reason this is all easy to find is because it's ALL OVER CYBERSPACE and in easily obtainable court documents. As for the city of LA, Mary Cummins was fired TWICE as a volunteer. TWICE. Had The Law Offices of Rheuban & Gresen bothered to question the many victims of the Mary Cummins stalker blogs to establish what was truthful before they filed this frivilous mess they would have learned that the opposite of what they are alleging in that lawsuit is true. It was the victims --- all PRIVATE CITIZENS --- whose employers, family friends and co workers were contacted with libelous untrue lies about them by this stalker nutbag Mary Cummins. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

Mary Cummins alleges AND THIS IS POSSIBLY THE FUNNIEST OF ALL, that the "same activists threatened to kill Mary Cummins and her clients, smashed her windshield, disrupted City Council meetings demanding she be fired and threatened to sue the city if she weren't fired."
Fact: City Council meetings are all videotaped. Did the Law Firm of Rheuban & Gresen AT LEAST INSIST MARY CUMMINS PRODUCE THESE "DISRUPTED" CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS before they stuck this BLATANT LIE in a lawsuit? Had they done so, they would have found one City Council meeting with one person, LA City Council woman Janice Hahn, calling their client "A TERRORIST." That covers it.It would have been useful for Mary Cummins attorneys to have checked the record on this and would have saved the LA citizen/tax payers a boatload of litigation costs, as well as freed up the LA City Attorney stuck defending this mess to go back to work litigating cases that LA City residents really care about.

As for the allegation that the "activists" threatened to "kill" Mary Cummins and "smashed" her windshield, that one is too stupid to address. Except to say this: Mary Cummins is awfully obsessed with car vandalism lately. Wonder why? She used to allege she got "pizzas" and "hookers" sent to her house.

Finally, Mary Cummins alleges in that idiotic, frivilous "Martians Landed In My Backyard Lawsuit" that she is accused of "cyber stalking among other things."
Fact: Mary Cummins is a CYBERSTALKER, AMONG OTHER THINGS.

Squirrel circumcision

This is pretty funny, well, not too funny for the squirrel. A woman called yesterday with a baby boy squirrel. She found him on the ground and crows were gathering around him. She picked him up (after fighting with her husband who didn't want to stop so she got out of the car with the car still moving). Anyway, she said crows had tried to eat his penis. She took him to a vet who circumcised him because his foreskin tissue was supposedly dead. The vet said he's now unreleasable. The vet wanted to amputate his penis and make a tiny female urinary opening! Because of the location of male tree squirrel penis, that would have been a catastrophe. I just looked at him. Maybe he was circumcised. I hope he just trimmed off the scab but a lot of his head is now showing. He still has a scab covering the urethra opening so I'll be doing some soaking. Of course he was just suckling his own penis. No crow attacked his penis as she found him face down in the parking lot. I hope this vet didn't mess this guy up permanently. I do need an unreleasable but don't know how I will explain a circumcised squirrel penis to kids.

I do the usual to treat this, soak scab off urethra opening so they can urinate, use Preparation H to keep swelling down, spray a little Fooey on it to keep him from suckling on it, nurse him often and slowly to help satisfy his suckling urges, give clavamox to keep infection down, introduce soft foods and a pacifier (pet nurser nipple). I've seen worse penis that this so he will definitely be okay. I just have to get his foreskin to cover his head before I can release him or it may get infected. If his foreskin is gone, maybe the skin on his head will toughen up and be okay. We'll see.

He pees like a girl now. Then just cut off the penis and now he has a little
slit that he pees out of. It took him a day or two to realize he can't pee
standing up anymore. He used to stand and pee backwards. Now he has to squat
but his sphincter muscles actually came back quite well. He can kinda spray
outside if he stands over the plant, then runs while peeing. Still a little
messier than before.

I always enjoy reading your journals. I think everyone here knows that I do
small mammal wildlife rehabilitation, generally just skunks, squirrels,
opossums, chipmunks and wild rats/mice. It's very common for orphaned baby
squirrels to suckle each others genitals just like orphaned kittens suckle
ears, noses and bellies. Well, a woman sees a baby squirrel on the ground in a
parking lot. Her hubby is driving. She tells him to stop the car but he's like
"not another animal" so he doesn't stop the car. She then jumps out of the
moving car! She gets to the squirrel but it's surrounded by crows. She shoo's
them away and picks up the baby squirrel. His penis is irritated and bleeding.
She thinks the crows were trying to eat his penis so she takes him to the vet.
The vet doesn't realize that he's just orphaned and was suckling his own penis
raw so he circumcises the squirrel! When their penis gets irritated we just
soak them in warm water and apply preparation H. Now they've circumicised this
little guy but a scab has formed over the urethra so he can't urinate. They're
getting ready to amputate his entire penis and make a little female opening in
his belly! Squirrel penises are just under the belly button. Fortunately a vet
tech goes through Pet Press, finds me and calls me. I tell her to bring him
over before he gets toxic. I then just soak the scab off, give anti-inflams,
prep H and he pees like a race horse. I had to keep soaking the scab for a few
days then he was fine. Now he is circumcised and pees directly sideways on his
foot! Only in the last week has he realized that he must lift his foot like a
dog so he doesn't pee on himself. I'm waiting to make sure the skin toughens up
so he won't get infected then I'll release him.

Special Series Part Two :: Mary Cummins civil lawsuit

EXPANDED SERIES PART TWO:

Mary Cummins aka Mary Cummins-Cobb harassment of LA citizens on her psycho blog (that she wrongfully claims LAAS GM Ed Boks "forced" her to write) @ http://laanimalfriends.eponym.com would endure for more than a year. Sometimes the posts were so nutty and cracked like when Mary Cummins claimed her "life is in danger." Many posts were flat-out libelous and other posts were so heavy handed that these were felt by some to smack of blackmail, or maybe even extortion, like Mary Cummins threats to the AGM candidates, her threats to post "dirty deeds" and Mary Cummins threasts to a reporter--all around Mary Cummins STATED plan that she would cease her harassment and/or libel of these individuals if they would do what she CLEARLY STATED she wanted.


The AGM candidates, as we have said, were threatened with exposure of their "dirty deeds" if they didn't withdraw their candidacy from the city job; One candidate, who was seriously ill with asthma, was cruelly threatened by Mary Cummins her insane Mary Cummins blog that everyone should report this person for having handicapped license plates, which Mary Cummins alleged were "illegal". The rescuer had legally gotten the handicapped plates for extremely serious breathing problems, which made it hard for the person to walk. That is correct. She tried to cause a legitimately handicapped person to loose their handicapped license plates.

The malice and threats and the CRUELTY went on and on. A reporter was constantly threatened with ongoing harassment, libel and arrest. Mary Cummins posted that Mary Cummins would stop her (flat-out lies and libel) about the reporter if the reporter "stopped writing articles." The reporter's editors recieved multiple calls from Mary Cummins that Mary Cummins was calling the police on the reporter, HAD CALLED THE POLICE ON THE REPORTER, as well as having the reporter arrested for ASKING QUESTIONS AND WRITING ABOUT LAAS. Mary Cummins posted to the DAW newsgroup that she had called the police on this writer. Mary Cummins registered another website http://laanimalfriends.blogspot.com that the reporter "committed extortion" when writing articles and that her editors "allowed it."

(That blog has since been released by Psycho Mary Cummins and our team has registered it so as to prevent any more libel and harassment by this insane nutcase against innocent people on that blog.)

Mary Cummins was the web designer during the time that LAAS scheduled an event, "Hooters for Neuters." The poster on the city website--a busty woman in a skimpy bikini--raised eyebrows and subsequent complaints. At approximately 7 PM on a Sunday night, several citizens sent emails complaining about Hooters for Neuters. Within an hour the poster was changed to that of a dog in a T-Shirt, signaling to many that Mary Cummins--the LAAS website designer--was at the computer following the entire critical email dialogue. Within minutes of this, one of the vocal Hooters for Neuters critics who had contributed to the email complaint--an attorney--received an OMINOUS ANONYMOUS email from a violent website "Target of Opportunity" with a copy of the attorney's DUI and the question "Is this your criminal record? Still a liberal now?" Several days later, that DUI about the attorney was featured on Mary Cummins Psycho blog LA's Animal Friends.

HERE IS THAT LA CITY ETHICS CODE AGAIN, WHICH WE BELIEVE APPLIES TO MARY CUMMINS AT THE TIME SHE WAS LAAS WEBSITE DESIGNER AND "VOLUNTEER"

(In a city where even ex-mayor Richard Riordan has a DUI, don't ask us WHY this insane nut Mary Cummins gets SUCH A THRILL when she finds DUIs, but she does. Mary Cummins actually PAYS MONEY to run these background checks and post this information on her victims in cyberspace, as well as send it to their employers and friends.)

Target of Opportuniy (www.targetofopportunity.com) is a CHILLING website with the stated mission to "rid the world of liberals, one at a time." It features aerial views of activists homes, such as anti-war activist Cindy Sheehan (who lost her son in Iraq) with the caption "How to do the job."

Sometimes Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates posts as the LA Animal Lover on LA's Animal Friends crossed over to outright violence: On one post, Mary Cummins questioned whether Daniel Guss had been "beaten" by one of her friends at the time. Sounded like she was happily expecting it.

Which was what folks had feared for Daniel Guss, as the result of threatening phone calls allegedly being made to his bosses from Cummins or her associate. In one of the comments Mary Cummins (yeah, she was her comments section, too) suggested that ADLLA leader Pamelyn Ferdin needed to be "euthanized."

Of course in this nut Mary Cummins' world, everyone who criticized her and stood against her treachery was also, to nutty Mary Cummins, a "member of the ALF" about to be arrested. Mary Cummins posted to Mayor Sam's Sister City blog that her detractors were members of the ALF. "Call the FBI." None of this was true and Mayor Sam removed the posts. Mary Cummins also posted on Mayor Sam as Daniel Guss, accusing him of wanting to kill folks. Mary Cummins has posted numerous homophobic posts on Mayor Sam, but that is no surprise. This wacko hates everyone.

And Nutcase Mary Cummins has posted REPEATEDLY that her victims were criminals and that she was getting her victims arrested and investigated by law enforcement. IT NEVER HAPPENED. These were innocent people who where TELLING THE TRUTH about what a psycho nutcase Mary Cummins is. When Mary Cummins went to LAPD to get these people arrested, SHE GOT FIRED, INSTEAD. When Mary Cummins complained that she was being "threatened by animal activists" the LA City Attorneys investigated Mary Cummins and had her BANNED FROM CITY PROPERTY.

And then, Mary Cummins has lied that she's had the FBI working with her for years. It's an old stupid story with no proof whatsoever, in much the same way that Mary Cummins has the old stupid lie that she is married(Mary Cummins-Cobb actually put THAT LIE in her lawsuit against LA City and Ed Boks. Who lies about their marital status on a lawsuit? Well this wackjob does.)

Interestingly, Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates has also posted to Silicon Investor that she got pizza deliveries in the middle of the night from animal activists. If that were true, why isn't there a police report. Mary Cummins didn't file a police report. She blogged about it instead!

As the LA Chicken, Mary Cummins dressed in a chicken costume with a hatchet and fake blood around her neck, and took a protest to a Temple on Yom Kippur. Mary Cummins posted a press release on the LA City Website titled "Jewish Chicken Killing Ritual" and then posted the same press release with a phone number to the Kentucky Fried Chicken Headquarters in Louisville Kentucky.

The City Council and Mayor's office were swamped with phone calls for hours from furious Jewish community leaders, Rabbis, the Anti Defamation League...And according to a man at the temple that Mary Cummins picketed, the protesters shouted at the worshippers that they were "Palestinian children killers." He stated that they also said, "Why don't you kill your own children instead of the chickens"

But, when Mary Cummins posted her version of this story (pretending to be "a Jewish boy") according to this nutcase, the protesters were subjected to violence, the worshippers backed a car over the boy, and the protesters made a citizens arrest. IT NEVER HAPPENED. LAPD WAS THERE. IF THIS HAD HAPPENED, WHERE WAS THE POLICE REPORT. Why would they have to make a "citizen's arrest" with the LAPD present? Fact is, the harassers at the temple that day were the protestors, LED BY THE LA CHICKEN MARY CUMMINS, and not the worshippers. But that is what we mean when we say that Mary Cummins turns the tables, victimizes people, and then pretends that she is the victim. Sick stuff.

A reporter who attended wrote about the LA Chicken protest. That version and Mary Cummins' version were miles apart...this was just a crazy sick anti-Semitic rant by INSANE MARY CUMMINS. (we will have more about this LA Chicken story in upcoming posts, including photos of nutcase Mary Cummins in her "full chicken costume," and how she outed her identity on LA Voice.)

And then, Mary Cummins spent a lot of time sending emails to City Council that some of her critics were about to be arrested. She posted on her blog animalnutz.blogspot.com that LAPD was on their way to several individuals homes. Mary Cummins called LAPD to get a court process server arrested, AND THIS IS AN OFFICER OF THE COURT who was doing his job, trying to LEGALLY serve Mary Cummins a summons in a lawsuit. Instead of accepting the summons, in a legal orderly fashion, Mary Cummins says she "got her gun." And then Mary Cummins tried to get the process server fired. His boss' response to Mary Cummins indicates that they thought Mary Cummins was nuts, too. Mary Cummins tried repeatedly since 2000 to get her neighbor Jason Simas arrested. AGAIN, IT DID NOT HAPPEN. LAW ENFORCEMENT DOES NOT ARREST INNOCENT PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THE LOONY RANTINGS OF A NUTCASE.


And then there is this famous post, lampooned by bikers in rec.motorcycles.harley. Please note: IT WAS ILLEGAL! AND THE PROOF IS THAT ANTHONY ELGINDY (the subject) IS LOCKED UP IN THE FEDERAL POKEY. That sounds illegal enough to us! Also, as one of the posters pointed out to Crazy Mary Cummins, the FBI asks questions. They tend not to share classified investigation information on racketeering and securities fraud with lunatics.

so I can't answer your questions. I don't believe he ever posted that information on a public thread or in his site or PRs. Also, I've spoken to FBI guys and they're shared information with me that I've even posted on the boards. I've had others tell me what FBI agents have told them. If this is illegal, why'd did they tell me this information and why didn't they tell me it was illegal for them to do so. I believed they were sharing information with me so I could help them with their cases. Same with SEC agents. They also never told me not to share the info or make it public. Who's in the wrong here?

Today, it came to our attention that one of Mary Cummins few supporters on the stock boards, a New Jersey man named Floyd, is back defending Mary Cummins with the old LIE that the FBI is investigating the victims of Mary Cummins.

Now, we've said this before. We feel bad for poor Floyd, having to defend this lunatic nutcase. HE HAS SO LITTLE TO WORK WITH. But Floyd needs a history lesson. If Mary Cummins is spending time with law enforcement lately (and according to her post on Mayor Sam, she was "dragged down" to LAPD anti-terrorism)we're guessing that MARY CUMMINS IS THE ONE THEY'RE INTERESTED IN. NOT OUR VICTIMS AND OUR VICTIMS BLOGS.

Why? Mary Cummins has a website where she posts the phone numbers and addresses of the mayor, his children, the Deputy Mayor's ex-wife and children, Ed Boks girlfriend, and numerous others. The language on that website is PURE HATE. Maybe law enforcement has an issue with that. Certainly, we can see where they might.

And Mary Cummins was a supporter of Anthony Elgindy. Maybe the FBI is interested in that. This wouldn't surprise us, either. Mary Cummins has called the mayor of Los Angeles a "murderer" as well as "guilty of animal abuse." Mary Cummins posts home addresses of wives and children with words that look very inciteful to us. LAPD anti-terrorism has strongly told some of Mary Cummins victims that she is a concern. So maybe they're interested in that.

And then there are the infamous Mary Cummins blogs, threatening decent LA citizens from APPLYING FOR A CITY JOB.

Maybe they know things we don't. (Could be. But on the other hand, we KNOW A LOT.)

As for poor Floyd, we think he needs to take a rest from defending this indefensible maniac Mary Cummins; maybe he might try spending less time bashing stocks and name calling on Silicon Investor where he appears to tag intelligent people as "loons" and more time on the rest of the Internet researching Mary Cummins LONG AND SERIOUS HISTORY of malicious behavior and stalking online and offline.

Tough as it might be for Floyd to face, it's a wasted effort to say that Mary Cummins, who was DRAGGED DOWN TO LAPD ANTI-TERRORISM, has now turned the tables and is having her victims arrested. The reason it sounds dopey and illogical is BECAUSE IT IS DOPEY AND ILLOGICAL.

Besides, as we just pointed out, Mary Cummins already tried that before. And since Mary Cummins returned to bash stocks as anniebonny she's already busted her alias by showing that she knows a lot more than a newcomer ever would about stocks. So there is that, too. And then, if you call LA City Council and ask each Councilmember what they know about Mary Cummins of Animal Advocates you will hear "wackjob" and "terrorist" tossed around.

Of course it is possible the FBI can't find the LA Mayor, Deputy Mayors, LA City Councilmembers, Animal Control Officers, LAAS GMs, Union Leaders, City Attorneys, LAPD anti-terrorism squad, LAPD anti-threat, and all the victims of Mary Cummins, including the bikers, neighbors, rescuers, reporters, attorneys and Ramones fans. (A broker that went to list Mary Cummins house was told by Mary Cummins that the "Ramones brothers" are stalking her and that the "Ramones wife wants to rape" her.) Mary Cummins has sent emails to the City Council, Fish and Game and copied the Mayor and Ed Boks that a group of rescuers want to "Rape and kill" her. Mary Cummins has also sent emails to City Council that an attorney wants to "rape and kill her" Face it, this Mary Cummins is a SICK NUTCASE. And maybe the FBI can't find all the victims and figure it out. But let's have a little trust here. After all, they are the FBI.

By the way, the Ramones aren't brothers. And most of them are dead.
